Research helps us see beyond assumptions. It gives voice to the voiceless, evidence to the changemakers, and tools to the policymakers. Every milestone in maternal health, sexual and reproductive rights, and health system strengthening has one thing in common: rigorous, relevant, and responsive research.

But none of this is possible without strong research capacity.

At CORHT Consult, we are proud to invest in building local research capacity across Africa. Through tailored training, mentorship, and institutional support, we equip early-career researchers, healthcare professionals, and community-based actors with the skills they need to generate, interpret, and apply evidence. Our approach goes beyond skills transfer—we foster a culture of inquiry, collaboration, and critical thinking.

We believe that African-led research is the cornerstone of sustainable development. That’s why we work alongside universities, health ministries, NGOs, and community partners to co-create research agendas that are relevant, ethical, and impactful.
